Refund Policy and 2 year Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our windshield chip and crack repairs. Because repairs are a specialized service, all completed repairs are non-refundable. However, there are important exceptions outlined below to protect our customers.
Unsuccessful Repair Policy
While the chances of a windshield repair being unsuccessful are very low, there are rare cases where damage may worsen during the repair process due to the existing condition of the glass.
If a repair is unsuccessful:
-
If you have already been charged → You will receive a full refund for the repair.
-
If you have not yet been charged → You will not be charged for the repair.
No partial charges. No surprises.
Important Repair Risk Disclosure
By choosing to proceed with a windshield repair, customers acknowledge that:
-
There is a small risk the chip or crack could worsen during the repair.
-
If the repair fails and the customer chooses to move forward with a windshield replacement, the customer accepts responsibility for the full cost of the replacement.
We will never charge you for a failed repair — but windshield replacement costs are the vehicle owner’s responsibility.
Why Repairing Early Still Makes Sense
It’s important to understand:
-
The risk of a repair making damage worse is very low.
-
Not repairing a chip or crack almost guarantees it will spread over time.
-
Once spreading occurs, replacement becomes unavoidable.
Choosing repair early gives your windshield the best chance to last, at a fraction of the cost of replacement — with very little risk.
2-Year Windshield Repair Warranty
We proudly offer a 2-year warranty on all successful windshield chip and crack repairs.
What’s Covered:
-
If the repaired chip or crack begins to spread at any time between the date of service and two (2) years after, you will receive a full refund of the repair cost.
No pro-rating. No hassle.
