Use of Website

Our website is provided to help customers learn about our services and book appointments online. By using our website, you agree to:

  • Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the website

Online Booking & Appointments

When booking a service online:

  • You agree that all information provided (contact details, service address, vehicle information) is accurate.

  • Appointment times are estimates and may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, or job complexity.

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel appointments if damage is deemed unsafe or unrepairable upon inspection.

Mobile Service Access

For mobile service appointments:

  • You must ensure the vehicle is accessible and located at the provided service address.

  • The vehicle owner or authorized party must be available if required.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access, inaccurate addresses, or unsafe working conditions.

Payments

Online Payments

  • Online payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

  • We do not store full payment card details.

Payment In Person

  • Payment may also be collected at the time of service when applicable.

  • Accepted payment methods will be disclosed at booking or prior to service.

Refund Policy

All completed windshield repairs are non-refundable, except as outlined below.

Unsuccessful Repair Policy

Although rare, windshield repairs can occasionally worsen existing damage due to the condition of the glass.

If a repair is unsuccessful:

  • If you have already been charged, you will receive a full refund for the repair.

  • If you have not yet been charged, you will not be charged for the repair.

No partial charges will apply.

Repair Risk Acknowledgement

By authorizing a windshield repair, you acknowledge:

  • There is a small risk that a chip or crack may worsen during the repair process.

  • If a repair fails and you choose to proceed with a windshield replacement, you accept full financial responsibility for the replacement.

  • We are not responsible for replacement costs.

The risk of repair failure is very low, and choosing repair early significantly reduces the likelihood of replacement being required.

2-Year Windshield Repair Warranty

We offer a 2-year warranty on all successful windshield chip and crack repairs.

Warranty Coverage:

  • If the repaired chip or crack spreads at any time between the date of service and two (2) years after, you will receive a full refund of the repair cost.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • New damage unrelated to the original repair

  • Damage caused by accidents, vandalism, or extreme impact

No Guarantee of Appearance

Windshield repairs are designed to restore structural integrity and prevent spreading. While repairs greatly improve appearance, complete invisibility is not guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the windshield repair service.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
